afternoon enjoy a game drive & boma dinner in the
Pilanesberg National Park. It is just a short drive from
the sun-spangled resort. With its gently rolling
mountains, this is undoubtedly one of the most scenic
reserves in South Africa. As a Big 5 reserve,
Pilanesberg offers guests the opportunity to view the
splendour of Africa’s fiercest and most beautiful
creatures in a malaria-free environment. At the end of
an exciting game drive, searching for Africa’s big
beasts, the vehicles arrive at an open air dining area,
or Boma. Here dinner will be enjoyed under the stars, as
bonfires blaze and African dancers sing and play Marimba
music. A sumptuous African ‘braai’ menu is cooked over
the red coals, and guests are encouraged to try the
Impala and Crocodile! Late evening return to the
hotel.

interesting day at Sun City This vast complex is an
enormous, extravaganza of luxurious hotels, glittering
entertainment centres, restaurants, gaming rooms, shops,

waves. Among other features are massive water chutes for
the brave, and a Lazy River Ride for the young and
not-so-brave. The entire area is spectacularly

Visit Shakaland, a Zulu kraal, near
Eshowe, in the Nkwalini valley. There will be cultural
programme of Zulu traditions: beer brewing, spear
making, hut building, pottery, weaving, traditional
dress, Zulu etiquette and the layout and social
structure of a kraal. Singing and tribal dancing.
Typical Zulu meal served in an open rondavel overlooking
Goedetru dam.

Transfer to the airport and fly to Cape
Town. Then transfer to the Grand West Casino Complex.
The Grand West offers round-the-clock entertainment for
the whole family with all the thrill and excitement of

beauty of the fairest Cape. When night falls, Grand West
comes alive with a dazzling array of entertainment.
Surrounding the Casino are, bars, lounges, a nightclub,
a revue bar showcasing top theatrical and musical
productions and eight top restaurants. Global gourmet
restaurants range from Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and
Indian can be found at Grand West. Additionally, there

tasting our delightful wines whilst absorbing the
stunning scenery. We normally start the day by doing a
cellar tour after which we visit various wine estates
stopping off at some of the picturesque villages along
the way. Lunch is normally at one of the beautiful
wineries en route. An afternoon amble through historic
Stellenbosch is also on offer, culminating in an
optional visit to the cheetahs at Spier wine
estate.
